The Shuhaku Kaiseki course allows you to enjoy seasonal ingredients such as "Shinshu Premium Beef, Azumino Wasabi, and Nagano rice" from Nagano Prefecture. (*If you make a reservation for consecutive nights, the dishes from the second night onwards will be the same but different.) *If you have any allergies to ingredients, please let us know in advance (at least 3 days in advance). (We may not be able to accommodate requests made just before or on the day of your stay.) Both dinner and breakfast are served in the dining area. Large public bath (6th floor) "Kocho-no-yu/Hobo-no-yu" (15:00-24:00/5:00am onwards) Enjoy the spectacular view of Lake Suwa and our two hot springs, "Shu-no-izumi/Shiro-no-izumi". ■ Details of "All Inclusive" ・TEA time: Sweets, Japanese tea, coffee, black tea, etc. are served at the cafe corner (15:00-18:00) ・After-bath area: Draft beer, Yatsugatake milk, and popsicles are served (15:00-23:00) ・Dining venue: Shuhaku's carefully selected drinks, including alcoholic beverages, are served (17:30-21:00/7:00-9:00) ・BAR time: The cafe corner serves mainly sake from Shinshu (20:00-22:00) *Private baths and additional dishes are charged separately. ・Nearby activities: Unlimited rides on the Lake Suwa sightseeing boat [Free] (Normal price: 1,100 yen for adults, 550 yen for children [3 years old to 6th grade]) *A "free ticket" will be given to you at the front desk on the day. Please note that refunds cannot be made at the front desk after boarding the boat at the normal price. *Departure times and schedules vary depending on the season.
